A 37-year-old man named, David M. Navarro, allegedly shot a cellphone video of an 8-year-old girl performing oral sex and thankfully the FBI has arrested him! Read on for the horrific details.

What an incredibly sad and scary situation. The PTA President of Belfair Elementary School, David Navarro, is facing federal child pornography charges, after he allegedly recorded a cellphone video of a little girl performing oral sex, at the school, and then posted it on several child porn sites.

PTA President Accused Of Making Child Porn

Court documents claim that David, the president of Belfair’s PTA, was arrested and it awaiting a hearing on Aug. 29. He allegedly posted 14 photos to a website, including 6 of the little girl from Belfair.
Police have confiscated 10 computers, an iPhone 5, and boxer shorts from David’s house.
The school is shocked and released this statement: “We take the responsibility of the safety and welfare of all students extremely seriously.”

How David Got Caught By The FBI

It turns out the FBI were actually “tipped off” by investigators in Denmark and Australia who came across the videos that were on numerous sites all over the world. Using GPS stamps in one of the videos, authorities were able to trace the video back to Belfair Elementary School. It only took them four days to arrest David.
In 2009, David was arrested in San Diego for “lewd and lascivious acts with a child” and “indecent exposure,” but the charges were dismissed.
